Summary:

This report provides an overview of the O*NET-SOC 2009 taxonomy. The June 2009 release of the O*NET 14.0 database incorporates 153 new and emerging (N&E) occupations identified within 17 in-demand industry clusters. In addition to the report that summarizes the update and implementation, two useful appendices are provided. Appendix A is a listing of occupations in the O*NET-SOC 2009 taxonomy and Appendix B lists the included N&E occupations.
