An Examination of the Speededness of the General Aptitude Test Battery (GATB) Power Tests

This report provides results of an examination of the GATB's use of time limits on tests (i.e., speeded tests) measuring constructs that are conventionally measured by tests with generous time limits (i.e., nonspeeded tests).
